looks like a PS2 game with AA turned. Visualy name one Next gen graphics tech used. Flat textures, low color count (earth tone). COD2,COD3 looks better. That is why it was not listed. GRAW kills all the games on this list even MGS4 trailer. This does not say much for the dev working on projects coming up. This list sucks.
Lets actually look to fine print of the post. Most ppl will not rad the fine print. I do think that in the end the PS3 will have better looking games. Either it's the dev efforts or the talent of the dev working on the games. I remember some cross plats between xbox and PS2 where the ps2 version looked better. The bad thing about Dual-layer Br is that the are hard as hell to make, and.....here is my concern they are expensive. A blank dual layer made by yours truely Sony is to retail at $48. Blu-ray stand alone is $1000. It gets its but kicked by a $500 player. The problem was the fact that the first blu-ray movies are on a 25 GB single layer BR disc. The movies look bad and they have no features on the disc. All you have is the movie in Mpeg 2 compression. When the dual layer 50 GB are done this will help. Move on. No way does this look like E3 05. Sony has not given us what they told us we would get. The whole PS3 next gen has been a big let down. 2 X the power on the 360. Don't let those guys get you pissed off. 1080p is overated anyway. I have seen them all on top of the line tv's. The saleman had to bring me close to point out the difference. This has nothing to do with fanboyism anyway. Also 1080p is possible on component cabels. It was Sony that said HDMI was not that big of a deal when they released to $500 PS3. If the 360 keeps getting PC PORTS and not games optimized for the hardware then it does not matter. GOW is designed for the 360, and that is why it visualy crushes PS3 games. Even the almight green sky MGS4. But without exclusives it will not matter. Who will spen the time and $$$ to cap out the GPU's unified shader. I remember reading articles, about the GPU and how it surpasses ATI's PC video cards. But most games at best will never utilize all of it's power.
